Download 7zip at https://www.7-zip.org/download.html
It's one of the top two ones, depending on if you have A 32BITor a 64BIT computer(most likely 64bit), then double-click the 7zip.EXE , it will install.
Once it is installed, right-click the GU .zip, It will say 7zip with a little arrow, just hover your mouse pointer over 7zip in the menu, and you will see the option.
