It's because GU is basically a ghost ship now, the developers aren't interested in it anymore and don't work on it. The site went down a couple of times, and is only back online because I found an email address of a designer who worked on it and I asked her to talk to the owners. Se did and it came back online, but it may go down again if they can't be bothered to update things... :-/
